Senator Massey proposes the following amendment (SJ-238.PB0003S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 2-1-180(B) and inserting:

 (B) For the purposes of the Administrative Procedures Act, the one-hundred-twenty-day period that the General Assembly has to review state regulations is tolled from the second Friday in May through the second Monday in January.

Renumber sections to conform.
