Senator Hutto proposes the following amendment (SMIN-318.KR0004S):

Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended,, by adding an undesignated paragraph Section 2 to read:

 (E) Any voting member of the commission shall not be members of the General Assembly or have any conflicts of interest. A commission member shall recuse themselves from participating in any matter where it is reasonably foreseeable that they may gain a direct financial benefit or incur a direct financial loss due to the outcome that could relate to or reached by the commission.
