S 1255 General Bill, By R.C. Shealy
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 15-3-160 so as to provide that the operator of any vehicle is not liable for
 injuries resulting from the operation of the vehicle when it is operated in a
 roadway or area where it is regularly operated when a person purposely places
 himself in the path of the vehicle.
