 A Bill to amend Section 38-3-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to appointment, terms, qualifications, and vacancies of members of
 the State Insurance Commission, so as to delete the provision that no members
 of the Commission may serve more than one term, and provide that members of
 the Commission may serve more than one term, including successive terms.
