TO PROVIDE THAT THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT FOR HIGHWAY 52 BETWEEN KINGSTREE AND ST. STEPHEN IS SIXTY MILES PER HOUR.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the maximum speed limit for Highway 52 between Kingstree and St. Stephen is sixty miles per hour.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
