 A Bill to amend Section 41-3-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to inspections of work places, sites and areas by the Department of
 Labor, so as to require the issuance of warrants for inspections when requests
 for entry are denied by the employer and to provide procedures and conditions
 for the issuance of such inspection warrants relating to inspections by the
 Department of Labor; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 41-3-55,so
 as to provide that at any construction site involving multiple employers or
 contractors, Department of Labor inspectors shall be required to cite the
 specific employer or contractor responsible for violations of standards or
 regulations.
