 A Bill to amend Title 23, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to
 law enforcement and public safety, by adding Chapter 41, so as to authorize
 the Governor to protect the public safety by closing or restricting public
 access to public or private lands, buildings or other premises at which
 nuclear or other hazardous activities are conducted; to provide for the
 posting of such premises; and to provide penalties for first and subsequent
 trespasses upon such premises.
