H 2155 Resolution, By I.K. Rudnick, H.H. Keyserling and R.R. Woods
A House Resolution to amend Rule 5.9 of the House of Representatives, relating
to the reporting of Bills by standing committees, so as to provide that after
a Bill has been in committee for twenty-one legislative days upon a petition
of three-fifths of the House membership a Bill in a standing committee shall
be reported out to the full House within twelve legislative days; and to
provide for an extension of such reporting date.
