A House Resolution to amend Rule 4.4 of the House of Representatives, relating
to meetings of standing committees and committee consideration of Bills and
Resolutions, so as to provide that when any committee or subcommittee
schedules a public hearing on a Bill or Resolution the principal sponsor
thereof shall be given not less than seven days' notice of the time and place
of such hearing.
