H 2106 Joint Resolution, By D.M. McEachin, J.G. Felder and H.H. Keyserling
A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 9 of Article III of the
Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to sessions of the General
Assembly, so as to provide that beginning in 1983 and thereafter the General
Assembly shall meet for regular sessions in odd-numbered years only and in
even-numbered years for additional sessions upon petition of three-fifths of
the membership of the Senate and three-fifths of the membership of the House
of Representatives.
