 A House Resolution to amend Rule 5 of the Rules of the House of
 Representatives, relating to Bills, Resolutions, and Reports, so as to provide
 that in those years in which "sine die" adjournment is extended beyond the
 first Thursday in June, debate on Bills and Resolutions during such extended
 period shall be limited and to provide exceptions to such limitation.
