 A Bill to amend Sections 12-51-40 and 12-51-50, Code of Laws of South
 Carolina, 1976, relating to the sale of property for nonpayment of ad valorem
 taxes and execution costs, so as to extend the date for the sale of property
 for delinquent taxes from one year to two years from the date the taxes are
 due.
