A Bill to amend Section 41-11-140, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
relating to the required posting and notification by employers of certain wage
information, so as to require employers to also post information concerning
its annual and sick leave policies, holidays, and policies relating to excused
absences including absences for jury duty and military service, and to amend
Article 5, Chapter 11 of Title 41, relating to payment of wages, by adding
Section 41-11-450 so as to require that certain written statements be given
employees at the time of payment of wages reflecting the deductions taken from
gross pay and to provide penalties for violations.
