R.L. Helmly, H.H. Keyserling and R.N. McLellan
 A Bill to amend Section 33-55-120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to registration of professional fund-raising counsel or solicitors
 for a charitable organization, so as to increase the annual fee from fifty to
 one hundred dollars and to amend the Code by adding Section 33-55-65 so as to
 provide that a fee of twenty dollars accompany the filing of a request for
 exemption of registration of a charitable organization with the Secretary of
 State.
