 A Concurrent Resolution expressing support for the retention in public
 ownership of all national forest lands in South Carolina, with the
 understanding that the existing authority for land exchanges be retained, and
 expressing opposition to the proposal to consider removing some twenty-three
 thousand three hundred twenty-two acres of land from public ownership.
