AN ACT TO DESIGNATE THE JAMES EDWIN MCTEER BRIDGE AND THE CAUSEWAYS THERETO IN BEAUFORT COUNTY AS A SCENIC HIGHWAY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Bridge and causeways designated scenic highway
SECTION 1. The James Edwin McTeer Bridge and the causeways thereto in Beaufort County connecting Route 281 in Port Royal to Route 802 in the City of Beaufort are designated a scenic highway. The highway is subject to those provisions of the Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971 which are not in conflict with the Beaufort County Zoning Ordinances.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor. |
