H 2029 General Bill, By H.H. Keyserling and J.M. White
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 23
 in Chapter 37 of Title 12 so as to authorize the governing body of each county
 to freeze ad valorem taxes on real estate of disabled persons or low income
 households, to provide a procedure for claiming the freeze and determining
 eligibility, and to provide a procedure for appeals.
