A Concurrent Resolution to salute the National Guard which marked its 350th
anniversary in 1986 and to recognize and commend the citizen soldiers of the
South Carolina National Guard for their unselfish, dynamic service and for
their constant vigil in defense of the freedom of the Palmetto State and of
