 A Bill to amend Article 1 of Chapter 35 of Title 41, Code of Laws of South
 Carolina, 1976, relating to employment security, regular benefits, and claims
 therefor, by adding Section 41-35-15 so as to preclude the denial or
 abridgment of benefits under Title 41 to any individual absent from employment
 for purposes of maternity leave after exhaustion of paid leave in connection
 with the absence due to maternity.
