 A Bill to amend Article 10, Chapter 7, Title 12, Code of Laws of South
 Carolina, 1976, relating to income tax credits, by adding Sections 12-7-1245,
 12-7-1246, 12-7-1247, and 12-7-1248 so as to provide for an income tax credit
 for qualified renewable energy source expenditures and provide for the
 establishment of procedures and the promulgation of regulations by the Tax
 Commission after consultation with the Joint Legislative Committee on Energy.
