 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 38-71-645 so as to provide that a decision or determination by any hospital or
 medical personnel, which could result in the denial of payments or benefits to
 a beneficiary of a health insurance policy, must be made or performed by a
 practicing licensed physician or nurse.
