 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 14
 to Title 50 so as to prohibit the taking, keeping, holding, or possessing of
 any live wildlife species in captivity for purposes of display or exhibition
 without permits, to provide for the issuance of permits for such purposes to
 accredited institutions of learning and research for educational and
 scientific purposes, and to provide penalties for violations; and to repeal
 Section 50-11-1180 relating to the collection of fish and game for scientific
 or propagating purposes.
