H 4238 General Bill, By Harvin, Fair, H.H. Keyserling and R. Smith
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 59-101-320 so as to require a graduate of a medical school in this State to
 either practice in this State for a five-year period following his residency
 or repay the State all costs of his medical education provided by the State,
 and authorize the State Treasurer to promulgate regulations to establish a
 repayment system.
