 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 16-9-355 so as to provide that certain actions regarding the intimidation of
 witnesses are unlawful, to provide penalties for violation, and to amend
 Section 16-1-10, relating to crimes classified as felonies, so as to add
 certain of the above offenses which are felonies to this list.
