 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 59-63-225 so as to provide that the administrator shall notify the parents or
 legal guardian of a student in writing by certified mail of continued conduct
 of the student likely to result in suspension and to require the parents to
 schedule a conference.
