H 2520 General Bill, By P. Gelegotis
 A Bill to amend Section 59-113-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to tuition grants to students attending institutions of higher
 learning, so as to further define an independent institution of higher
 learning, in addition to other definitions, as one accredited by a secondary
 agency recognized by the Council on Post Secondary Accreditation and to delete
 the reference to an accrediting agency designated by the State Department of
 Education.
