 A Concurrent Resolution to commend and recognize Mrs. Mabel L. Hinson of
 Manning, Clarendon County, for her many contributions and unselfish efforts to
 improve the quality of life and educational standards and opportunities of the
 citizens of her county and to join with her friends and neighbors in honoring
 this remarkable lady by declaring July 31, 1983, "Mabel L. Hinson Day" in
 Clarendon County.
