H 3722 General Bill, By P.T. Bradley
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 16-1-60 so as to provide that any person who is sentenced to life imprisonment
 for the commission of a crime shall spend the rest of his natural life in
 prison, is not eligible for parole, reduction of sentence, or early release,
 and shall not have any portion of his sentence suspended by the trial judge.
