AN ACT TO REDEFINE THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Magisterial districts in Fairfield County

Section 1. The magisterial districts in Fairfield County are redefined as follows:

No. 2-Jenkinsville, Horeb, Monticello, Voting Precinct No. 2

No. 3-Blackstock, Lebanon, White Oak, Woodward, New Hope, Voting Precinct No. 4

No. 4-Winnsboro No. 1, No. 2

No. 5-Greenbrier, Hickory Ridge

No. 6-Centersville, Ridgeway, Simpson

No. 7-Gladden Grove, Mitford

No. 8-South Winnsboro, Winnsboro Mills

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1980.
