AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF DUPREE ROAD IN CHARLESTON COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road removed from highway system

Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall remove approximately 4.2 miles of Dupree Road commencing northeast of McClellanville from the end of the pavement to Road S-857 in Charleston County.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
