A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE TAX COMMISSION, RELATING TO INCOME TAX CREDITS FOR THE INSTALLATION AND COSTS OF QUALIFYING ENERGY SYSTEMS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 510, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Tax Commission, relating to income tax credits for the installation and costs of qualifying energy systems, designated as Regulation Document Number 510, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
