AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 46-3-150, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT RECORDS OF THE COMMISSIONER OF AGRICULTURE MUST BE KEPT AND PRESERVED FOR FIVE YEARS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 46-3-150 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
