AN ACT REPEAL SECTION 61-9-345, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PERMITS BEING REQUIRED FOR ROUTE SALESMEN OR WAREHOUSE SALESMEN OF BEER WHOLESALERS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repealed

SECTION 1. Section 61-9-345 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
