AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 38-57-190, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION AGAINST GROUP PROPERTY, MARINE, CASUALTY, OR SURETY INSURANCE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 38-57-190 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
