A JOINT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SOUTH CAROLINA TAX COMMISSION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE WARRANT REVOLVING FUND TO THE TAX STUDY COMMISSION AND THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD CIVIL CONTINGENT FUND.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Transfer authorized

SECTION 1. The South Carolina Tax Commission may transfer funds from the Warrant Revolving Fund as follows:

(1) ten thousand dollars to the Tax Study Commission for contractual services; and

(2) eighty thousand dollars to the Civil Contingent Fund of the State Budget and Control Board for reimbursement for contractual services.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
