AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7280, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO POLLING PRECINCTS AND VOTING PLACES IN GREENVILLE COUNTY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE POLLING PLACE IN PRECINCT 97 (PLINEY) FROM PLINEY GRANGE HALL TO FIVE FORKS BAPTIST CHURCH.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Polling place changed

SECTION 1. The unnumbered paragraph defining Precinct 97 (Pliney) as contained in Section 7-7-280 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Precinct 97, Pliney, consists of that area bounded on the north by Hwy. 14; on the east by the county line; on the south by the Gilder Creek, the Long Branch Creek, and Bethany Rd.; and on the west by Scuffletown Rd. The polling place for this precinct is Five Forks Baptist Church."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
