AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROADS S-41-306 AND S-41-327 IN SALUDA COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Roads removed from system

SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system roads S-41-306 and S-41-327 in Saluda County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
