AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A ROAD IN GREENVILLE COUNTY AS "LITTLE TEXAS ROAD".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road designation

SECTION 1. State Road 563 from its intersection with U.S. 25 to its intersection with State Road 22 in Greenville County is designated "Little Texas Road". The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall install appropriate markers or signs at places along the road, as it considers advisable, containing the words "Little Texas Road".

The cost of the installation must be paid from C funds of the county.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
