AN ACT TO PROVIDE FULL MAGISTERIAL POWERS TO THE MINISTERIAL MAGISTRATES IN ANDERSON COUNTY TO BE EXERCISED AS DIRECTED BY THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE OF ANDERSON COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Powers

SECTION 1. The two ministerial magistrates added in Anderson County by Act 574 of 1984 may exercise all powers provided by law for magistrates. These magistrates shall exercise their powers at the times and in the manner directed by the Chief Magistrate of Anderson County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
