AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 14-17-320, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CERTAIN RECORDS AND REPORTS REQUIRED OF THE CLERK OF THE GENERAL SESSIONS COURT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 14-17-320 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
