AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-490, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO POLLING PRECINCTS IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE VOTING PLACE FOR HILL TOP VOTING PRECINCT IS BETHANY BAPTIST CHURCH.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Polling precincts Spartanburg County

SECTION 1. Hill Top voting precinct, as contained in Section 7-7-490 of the 1976 Code, is amended to read:

"HILL TOP

Beginning at the intersection of I-85 and SH 9, follow south to California Avenue, then southwest to Southern Railway tracks, then northwest to I-85, then northeast to point of origin. The voting place for the precinct is Bethany Baptist Church."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
