TO REPEAL SECTION 50-11-706, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION ON THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL LIGHTS FROM A VEHICLE OR WATER CONVEYANCE TO OBSERVE OR HARASS WILDLIFE IN GAME ZONES 9 AND 10.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 50-11-706 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
