A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE FOR SIX YEARS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 1-20-60 of the 1976 Code, the existence of the South Carolina Department of Insurance is reauthorized for six years.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
