TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 2-13-195 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE CODE COMMISSIONER SHALL DISTRIBUTE ADVANCE SHEETS OF STATUTES TO MASTERS-IN-EQUITY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Chapter 13, Title 2 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 2-13-195. In addition to the distribution provided in Section 2-13-190, the Code Commissioner shall distribute advance sheets of statutes to masters-in-equity."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
