AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 14-23-610, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT FOR A JUDGE OF PROBATE TO FILE A DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL ESTATE OF A DECEASED PERSON WITH THE COUNTY AUDITOR AND SECTION 30-9-60, RELATING TO THE INDEXING OF THE TRANSFER OF TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY BY WILL OR INHERITANCE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Sections 14-23-610 and 30-9-60 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
