TO AMEND RULE 12.3, RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, RELATING TO PROHIBITION CONCERNING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A CONTRIBUTION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A CONTRIBUTION MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM A BANK, LABOR ORGANIZATION, CORPORATE ENTITY, OR POLITICAL PARTY IN AN AMOUNT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS FOR ANY GIVEN CAMPAIGN.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That Rule 12.3(2) of the House of Representatives is amended to read:
"(2) from a registered lobbyist or lobbyist's employer, bank, labor organization, corporate entity, or political party in an amount to exceed two hundred fifty dollars for any given campaign."
