A BILL

TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS FOR REGISTERED ENVIRONMENTAL SANITARIANS FOR SIX YEARS, RETROACTIVE TO JUNE 30, 1990.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 1-20-60 of the 1976 Code, the existence of the State Board of Examiners for Registered Environmental Sanitarians is reauthorized for six years, retroactive to June 30, 1990.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
