A BILL

TO ESTABLISH A HOSPITAL RATE SETTING COMMISSION AS AN AGENCY OF STATE GOVERNMENT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. There is established a Hospital Rate Setting Commission as an agency of state government with the following powers, duties, and functions:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
