TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 16-25-100 SO AS TO REQUIRE THAT A RESTRAINING ORDER BE ISSUED REMOVING A PERSON WHO COMMITS A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OFFENSE UNDER CHAPTER 25 OF TITLE 16 FROM THE RESIDENCE IN WHICH THE OFFENSE WAS COMMITTED.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 16-25-100. A person who violates Section 16-25-20 must:
