A BILL

TO AMEND ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 65, TITLE 59, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ATTENDANCE OF PUPILS, SO AS TO REVISE CERTAIN ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Article I, Chapter 65, Title 59 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
